All orders placed before 3 PM are delivered the next business day. Free shipping for all Singapore orders.

📋 Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unopened condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return request must be approved by our customer service team
Non-Returnable Items
Opened coffee or tea products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items are final purchase.
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount refunded to original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
