How long does delivery take in Singapore? +

We offer next-day delivery for all orders placed before 3 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be delivered the following business day.

Is shipping free in Singapore? +

Yes! We offer free shipping for all orders within Singapore, regardless of order value.

Which areas in Singapore do you deliver to? +

We deliver to all addresses in Singapore through our partner J&T Express.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number on the J&T Express website to track your package.

What if I'm not home when delivery arrives? +

The delivery agent will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, your package will be held at the nearest J&T Express collection point for 3 days. You'll receive an SMS with collection details.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee or tea products.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged product? +

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
